Sausage and pepper pasta 8 ounces farfalle pasta 1 pound spicy Italian sausage links 2-3 sweet bell peppers (red, orange, and yellow are best), or equivalent pepperage 1/2 cup beef or vegetable broth, by preference Black pepper Cook pasta per package directions. Cut the sausage and the peppers into bite-size pieces. Cook over medium-high heat until the sausage is brown. Drain the fat, or keep it, if you like. Add the broth and black pepper, and boil. Simmer uncovered for five minutes. Throw in the pasta, and toss it with the sausage and pepper mixture. Serve.
